Now that we're familiar with forming negative sentences with present perfect tense, forming negative ones with present perfect continuous sentences are very straightforward. We can form negative present perfect continuous tense sentences by putting the word "not" after the helping verb of the sentence (has/have for present perfect continuous tense).
*main verb
She has been working on her project all day.
They have been practicing for the competition this week.
I have been waiting for you to call me.
You have been having breakfast since last month.
In this example, we use verb to have twice in the sentence. First time as helping verb, and second time as main verb.
